Your "Norway" was excellent. I intended to have my month in Norway with just the online edition but finished up taking the book as well. In the section on Oslo all the accomodation references are in relation to the Central (rail) Station. However, I found the National Theatre station to be just as central as just as accessible. Also the Coastal Route cruise involves working vessels delivering mail, taking passengers from one town to the next. and has great historical ad cultural significance in Norway and I think should be mentioned (Hurtigruten, Havilla and possibly other companies).
